Gregory Downs (b. 13 December 1958 in Carlton) is a former professional footballer.

Downs, a left full-back, began his career with Norwich City where he was player of the year in 1982. He moved to Coventry City where he won an FA Cup winner's medal in 1987. Downs went on to play for Birmingham and Hereford before moving into non-league football.

After retiring from professional football, Downs joined the police.
