Greg Dowling (born 1959) is an Australian former rugby league player. He represented both Australia and Queensland.
A prop from Townsville, Queensland, Dowling started his career with the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls. He was later selected as a member of the foundation team for the Brisbane Broncos. Injury forced him into retirement in 1991.
