Gregory Brent Blosser (born June 26, 1971 in Manatee County, Florida) is a former left fielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox. Blosser batted and threw left handed. He debuted on September 5, 1993 and played his final game on April 17, 1994.

In a two-season career, Blosser was a .077 hitter with one run and one RBI in 22 games played.

Following his majors career, Blosser played for the Somerset Patriots of the Atlantic League. After a modest career as player, he retired from baseball in 2003 and became a successful real estate agent and has been devoted to his work as a private detective.
