The Greenwood Public School District is a public school district based in Greenwood, Mississippi (USA).

There were a total of 3,152 students enrolled in the Greenwood Public School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 48% female and 52% male. The racial makeup of the district was 91% African American, 8% White, and less than 1% Asian and Hispanic.[1]
