Greenwood College School

Greenwood College School is a co-educational day school located on the south-east corner of Davisville Road and Mount Pleasant Road in Toronto.
Established in 2002, the school offers a comprehensive academic program to 360 students in Grades 7 through 12 for the 2006-2007 academic year. The school is housed in a state-of-the-art facility that includes 21 classrooms, a full size gymnasium, indoor climbing wall, art room, digital music room and drama facility. In addition to its urban campus, Greenwood also utilizes several outdoor facilities and destinations to deliver its experiential education and Outdoor Leadership Program. The school does not have a library, but does have a reading room which houses the schools book collection.
The school's philosophy embraces life balance for all of its students, incorporating service to the community and an appreciation of the outdoors.
Greenwood College attracts some of the wealthiest students from across the Greater Toronto Area including children from Leaside, Forest Hill, Rosedale, Moore Park, Chaplin Estates, Lawrence Park, Royal York and the Bridle Path. Tuition for 2005-2006 was over $20,000 CAD.

Greenwood is also well known for its 2006-2007 Boys Varsity Hockey team. Even though it's a small school, they are always able to put together great hockey teams.
