Greenland Passage is a luxury development which fronts Greenland Dock and backs onto the River Thames in Rotherhithe, London. Built in 1988 by a consortium of Danish companies (Islef, Christiani & Nielsen, Kjaer & Richter) it has a very Danish feel, particularly in its interior design [1]. The development consists of a road of terraced town houses (Royal Court), a ten storey tower (King Frederik IX Tower) and two rectangular blocks with interior communal gardens, comprising of apartments and town houses (Princes Court and Queen of Denmark Court).

Queen of Denmark Court and Princes Court are on either side of the old lock entrance to Greenland Dock. Greenland Pier (from which the Thames Clippers river commuter service runs to Canary Wharf and Central London) is immediately outside Princes Court. On the south side of the development is South Dock Marina, which is the largest marina in London.

The nearest local centre is Canada Water/Surrey Quays which is less than a kilometre away.

Information presented here is with permission from the Board of Greenland Passage (1996) Ltd. [2], which manage the development.
