Green Valley Provincial Park is a provincial park in north-western Alberta, Canada.

It is located in the Heart River valley, close to the junction of Peace and Smoky River.

The park provides winter range for moose and mule deer[1]. It also contains a monument to Henry "12 Ft." Davis, a gold prospector who struck it rich on a 12 ft plot of land[2].
