Greatest Hits is a compilation album released by English synthpop band The Human League. It was issued by Virgin Records in 1988 and contained twelve singles released from the band, spanning from their debut (1979's "Being Boiled") to their most recent album at the time (Crash, 1986).

In 1996 Virgin repackaged the hits collection and added four additional tracks: "Stay with Me Tonight" (exclusive to the 1996 compilation and released as a single to promote it), Phil Oakey's collaboration with Giorgio Moroder ("Together in Electric Dreams"), "Tell Me When" (from the Octopus album) and a new remix of the chart-topping "Don't You Want Me". The 1996 version also featured new cover art.
