Heart - Greatest Hits is 1st of the two compilation album by the American rock band Heart. This compilation collecting all of Heart's '70s studio hits on a single disc. The track list spans the band's history from 1976 through 1983 with one all-new studio cut recorded in 1998 ("Strong, Strong Wind").
