Greater Kohima refers to the urban agglomeration area around Nagaland's capital city, Kohima. The agglomeration area includes Kohima Village and Kohima Science College campus area in Jotsoma along with Kohima proper and is the second largest urban area of Nagaland. It is one of the three urban agglomeration areas in Nagaland along with Dimapur-Chumukedima and Alichen-Mokokchung-DEF. It has a population of about 93,000.
