Talk:Granny
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Granny means "evil" in Japanese. Back in the day, Grannies were cruel, therefore getting that name. However in later times, Grannies became kinder. They were going to name them Ching Ling meaning "kind women" in Latin, but that sounded weird, so they named them Grandma, meaning "older mother" in French. But some people still think they're "Granny."
