To what beach does this article refer? It doesn't sound like Toco to me.

  • "One of the most popular tourist attractions in Trinidad"? What basis is there for this claim?
  • AFAIK, the major Leatherback nesting beaches, and those which have local groups organised to protect them are at Matura and Grande Riviere. "Toco Beach" (Salibea? or San Souci?) is not a leatherback nesting beach of much importance.
  • Defending Leatherback hatchlings from raptors? Not one of their main predators. Ok, according to bird of prey Cathartidae are raptors.
  • Hotels? There are hotels in Salybia, Rampanalagas, etc., but nothing to speak of at Toco.
