At the open run in Portland's Memorial Coliseum during the 2003 tour, he impressed tour players with his dribbling and passing skills and wound up joining the tour. Boucher had learned many of his moves from watching Rafer Alston on the And One Mixtape’s Volume One and Volume Two.

During the 2003 season, he hit game-winning shots in Jackson, Mississippi and New York City at Madison Square Garden and was eventually selected by the AND 1 Mix Tape players as the next streetball legend and received an AND 1 endorsement deal to join the 2004 team.

Boucher was given the nickname “The Professor” by AND 1 Mix Tape Tour MC Duke Tango. “He’s the white scientist schooling everyone,” Tango would explain.

He is the only white player to play on the And One team.

Recently Boucher has been involved in some 1 on 1 battles with other street ballers from other neighborhoods. The most popular features him against his And1 teammate Robin Lucious Kennedy Jr. aka 'Sik Wit It'. The most recent to be announced pits Boucher against Daniel Ibrahim aka 'FURY', whose hometown is Linden, NJ.
