Gray Viane is a rugby league player currently playing for Super League side Salford City Reds.
[edit] Career
Gray began his career in Australia with West Tigers before signing in 2004 with St. Helens. Unfortunately for Gray his form did not live upto his potential and he managed only four games in total at St. Helens, scoring one try. It led many of St. Helens' rivals to mock the club for signing an apparent reject.
The Samoan later moved onto struggling Widnes Vikings a season later and featured more prominently in the clubs bid for Super League survival. Despite scoring thirteen tries in his stint in Widnes he could not prevent the clubs relegation into the National League.
He then moved onto newly promoted Castleford Tigers in 2006 and had a good spell at the club but again couldnt help them survive relegation. He moved to Salford to replace the retired Junior Langi and was given the number 15 shirt.
