[edit] Plot

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

In the film, Gray and Sam (Graham and Cavanagh) are a match made in heaven: they are inseparable, best friends and share everything in common, aside from the fact that she works in advertising and he is a surgical intern. The couple is just too good to be true, especially for only being brother and sister. The assumption that they are dating is made constantly, and eventually each decides to find the other a mate. After Sam finds his soulmate Charlie (Moynahan), the siblings realize they may have a little more in common than they each would have expected because Sam thinks that she may be a lesbian who just happens to be in love with none other than Charlie.
