Granville Henderson Oury (1825-1891) was a frontier judge and politician in territorial New Mexico and Arizona.
Oury was appointed District Judge in Mesilla, New Mexico in 1856. In March of 1861 he was selected by secession conventions at Mesilla and Tucson that established the Provisional Confederate Territory of Arizona to present their request for admission to the Confederate States of America. On August 5 of that year Oury was elected as the territory's delegate to the Confederate Congress following its reorganization by John Baylor. He was seated as a territorial delegate to the Confederate Congress on January 18, 1862.
Following the Civil War in 1866, Oury was elected to the Arizona territorial legislature and served as Speaker of the House. In 1881 Oury was elected as the territory's delegate to the United States Congress—a position he held until retirement in 1885.
