Grants Pass High School is a public high school located in Grants Pass, Oregon. Grants Pass High School was originally built in 1911, however, the school actually opened in 1885 in a wooden building located at Fourth and C Streets. The first graduating class was in 1888. The English Building was added in 1939 with various other additions occurring between 1948 - 1969. The most recent change has been the total re-construction of the High School in 1999. The facility is now a state of the art high school, complete with a Performing Arts Center which will also be used as a convention center and theater for the community.

In addition to the Performing Arts center, the school is comprised of the core building, the commons, the science building, Pro-tech building, and the new Heater/Newman Gym. The competition gym was constructed with ‘pit' style seating and has an indoor running track. There is also a smaller practice gym included in the gym complex. A new 'turf' field was also installed which is used primarily for football and soccer games, as well as band competitions, with stadium seating on both sides of the field. In 2005, a 'turf' softball field was also installed. Reconstruction of the Track is so to come in the future.

The campus, located at 830 NE 9th Street, is spread over approximately 47 acres of land in the heart of beautiful downtown Grants Pass. Current enrollment at GPHS is 1775 students; however, the new facility was constructed to house approximately 1800 students.[1].
