Grant Random is a DJ for XM Satellite Radio's SquiZZ. He is on from 7 PM - 12 AM ET weeknights.

Every night at 9 PM ET, Grant hosts The Random Selection, which is any song that he decides to play at that time period for the entire week, and invites listeners to share their opinions on the song.

When XM broadcast Live 8 in 2005, Grant co-hosted the Philadelphia concert with XMU's Tobi.

Grant Random is known for coining the phrase "Fuck Sheila"! In fact the phrase "Fuck Sheila" got so popular around the country that a fansite, Fuck Sheila.com was formed on MySpace.com. Check out the site here..[1]

During the downtime of XM Liquid Metal, Ward Cleaver hosted The Fuckin' Metal Show on SquiZZ on Wednesdays. Grant Random co-hosted the hour plus show with Cleaver.
