The Grand Trunk Corporation is the subsidiary holding company for the Canadian National Railway's (AAR reporting mark CNA) properties in the United States.

Grand Trunk Corporation controls almost all of CN’s U.S. operations which include the Grand Trunk Western Railroad, GTW, Illinois Central Railroad, IC, Wisconsin Central Ltd., WC, Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway, DWP and Great Lakes Transportation, GLT, which includes the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad, B&LE and the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway, DMIR.

It also operates several smaller railroads and related companies including the Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad, Cedar River Railroad, Sault Ste. Marie Bridge Company, and Wisconsin Chicago Link Limited.

The Association of American Railroads has considered it to be a Class I railroad since fiscal year 2002. [1]
