Gramma was an episode that ran in the first season of the 1985–1989 revival of The Twilight Zone.

Barret Oliver is a young boy left with his infirm grandmother. He is convinced she is a monster and tries desperately to stay away from her, however her constant calling for things makes this impossible. After a series of incidents he is met with a shocking surprise, one that will change the family forever.

This story appears in Skeleton Crew written by Stephen King, it was adapted for the series by Harlan Ellison.

This story segment is the directorial debut of Bradford May. Harlan Ellison also directed some scenes, but is not credited.
