Graham Johnson

Graham Johnson (born July 10, 1950, Bulawayo) is a Rhodesian born, British based pianist and Lieder accompanist.
His achievements include accompanying various singers in a complete recorded edition of Franz Schubert's Lieder. He is currently engaged in a similar enterprise with the Lieder of Robert Schumann, and another with French mélodies.
His recordings on the Hyperion label have become renowned for the breadth and depth of his accompanying essays.
