The Graffiti House is a red, two-story frame structure in Brandy Station, Virginia that was used as a hospital during the American Civil War. Its second-floor walls bear the graffiti of Union and Confederate soldiers.

Built in 1858 directly along the railroad tracks, the house probably had some commercial function. The proprietors may have also lived in the house. It is currently owned by Brandy Station Foundation. In 2004, the house was being considered for addition to the National Register of Historic Places.

Since January 2004, the Graffiti House has been the location of the Maryland Scroll.
