Graeme Clark

Professor Graeme Clark AC pioneered the multiple-channel cochlear implant which has brought hearing and speech understanding to tens of thousands of people with severe-to-profound hearing loss in more than 80 countries. He is also the founder of Cochlear Corporation.
He was also appointed a Companion of the Order of Australia, made a Fellow of the Royal Society and won the Australian Father Of The Year award in 2004.
