Grace Is Gone (film)

"Grace Is Gone" is a 2007 film starring John Cusack as the father who does not want to tell his two daughters that their sergeant mother has died. It won the Audience Award at Sundance on January 29, 2007 for Drama.

The film was purchased by Harvey Weinstein for a planned distribution by The Weinstein Company in the fall of 2007. Weinstein swiftly announced plans to mount an Oscar campaign on behalf of Cusack. [1]
