Govia

Govia is a transport company based in the United Kingdom. A joint venture between Go-Ahead (65 per cent) and Keolis SA (35 per cent) it is a key operator of commuter services in London and the South East. It currently owns the Southern and Southeastern franchises, and was the proprietor of the former company Thameslink, whose services were handed over to First Capital Connect in April 2006. Govia are amongst the shortlisted bidders for the new London Overground and West Midlands franchises.
