The Government of Canada Building is also known as the Joseph Sheppard Federal Building in North York is a government office complex was completed in 1977 to service residents of North York and Etobicoke. It is home to Passport Office and other federal departments.

The brown building is unique with the multi-layer design, like a stack of pancakes and built before the office boom in the 1990s along Yonge Street.
