From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Church reformation carried on by Reynolds Dawkins in the early 1960s. The doctrine of the church is based for the most part on the Book of Revelation and various other teachings.

Dawkins split from the Gospel Assembly Church of Des Moines, Iowa, after the death of its founder, William Sowders, to establish a group he called the "body of Christ". The Gospel Assembly Church has since been accused of various cult activity by its former members.
