Gorch Fock II; fair use. The image is from [1], a web site where one can download "teasers". (The company, Breuer Computer Publishing, sells CDs with images and documents related to the Bundeswehr, and makes some of their files available for download to incite people to buy the CD.) Together with the credit given here, I guess using the image here qualifies as fair use.
In fact, I suspect the image itself is even public domain, as Breuer explicitly states that the contents of their CDs may be redistributed:

As I understand this, it means that Breuer cannot restrict redistribution and at the utmost may hold rights on the compilation of items on the CDs, but not on the items themselves. This interpretation is also backed up by the fact that many of their CDs contain official documents of the German Verteidigungsministerium.
