Gordon Schildenfeld (born March 18, 1985 in Šibenik), is a Croatian footballer who, as of 2007, plays as a defender for Dinamo Zagreb in the Croatian First League.

The native of Šibenik learned his football locally with HNK Šibenik. He played with the club's senior squad from the age of 16. He played his first game against NK Kamen Ingrad, put in by manager Stanko Mršić. However, at this point he still did not merit much playing time.

HNK Šibenik spent the 2005/2006 season in the Second League, where Schildenfeld and his friend Ante Rukavina were placed into the first squad. The two young stars led the club to the First League where they were able to better showcase their talents.

After his first season in the country's top league, the leading clubs Hajduk Split and Dinamo Zagreb became interested in him. It first seemed likely that Schildenfeld and Rukavina would move to Hajduk together, until Dinamo entered into the bidding. Schildenfeld's contract expired in 2007, so in the 2006/2007 winter transfer season he could sign for whoever he wished. On January 2, 2007 he signed for Dinamo. His friend Rukavina ended up moving to archrival Hajduk.

Schildenfeld has played for the national under-21 team.
