[edit] Copyvios
All the lyrics you just posted are copyrighted off the UMinnesota webpage. You have a reference, but that doesn't allow you to copy and paste the lyrics onto Wikipedia. Unless you can prove that they're not under copyright, they're going to be deleted again. Another solution would to be to link to lyrics instead of copying them. [edit] University of Minnesota Marching Band
I've created a stub article for the University of Minnesota Marching Band that I would love to see expanded upon. I would encourage you to expand it.. possibly with the help of Gopher Backer. Being a Marching Illini alum, I don't have all the background needed to make a great page for any other individual band, but I would like to see all of the Big 10 bands with excellent pages. -- Upholder 17:13, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome aboard
Sounds like we have a lot of the same interests, it'll be nice to have another person to provide input to the articles about the U! I'd been thinking about eventually trying to expand the Marching Band article, but I was only in it for a year, so if you have any ideas have at it. I also hope to re-do the Williams Arena article a little as well. If anything comes out of that group you suggested I'll probably join, but I've only been doing this a few months so I'm not sure what the procedures are for that or anything. [edit] Template
Thanks for updating the U of M template to bring it into the same league as those from most other major universities. It really looks great. Subsurd 22:03, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Camp Randall Stadium
Just as an FYI, Wikilinks for years are intended to link to the article about the year, not to articles about specific events within that year.

[edit] Western Collegiate Hockey Association men's champions tournament locations
I was wondering if you know of or know where to get a list of the sites of the WCHA post season tourney since 60? Smith03 22:46, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
thanks I sent an email this morning to the league office to see if they would/could provide a list of the sites. yes it would be interesting to have a history of how the tourney has changed over the years. one possible way that two teams could have tied for the championship if you had 4 teams in a round robin tourney where ties are allowed and each team plays the other 3 teams. you could have two teams finish 2-0-1.
