Talk:Gopala (mathematician)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Why is there very little information about Gopala available? There is plenty available about Hemachandra, but when I google "Gopala" I get lots of hits, all with only one or two sentences stating: "Gopala was an Indian mathematician, who studied the Fibonacci numbers in 1135, more than half a century before Fibonacci popularized these numbers in Europe." or something very similar. If anyone has any info available on Gopala, then please add it to the page.
