"It visits websites that change frequently, according to how frequently they change."

To me this sentence is very confusing. How about something like:

"It visits websites that change frequently, starting with the most frequently changed pages."

why don't add IP range of google-bot?

Probably because it varies too much from place to place, perhaps?

i know about a way to do it. should i write it in here? I'm asking because it may be illegal or something. I'll wait for an answer from a more experienced user then :)

Spoofing the user agent doesn't work for a lot of sites. Most annoying is academic sites that show googlebot entire papers, but only show you the abstract. Bastards! 131.111.243.37 18:02, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
