Golden Greats is the 2nd solo album released by Ian Brown, the ex-frontman of The Stone Roses. The album contains soaring sonic textures and electronic dance beats; it is less song-oriented than Unfinished Monkey Business. Golden Greats showcases a diverse usage of instruments including strings, Mellotron and organs.

Track 10, "Babasonicos" is the name of an actual Argentine band that collaborated with Brown on the song. Brown considers "Love Like A Fountain" to be his best solo material.[citation needed]
