Golden Gloves Limited is a boxing promotions company based on Johannesburg, South Africa.

The company has a number of boxers on its books. They typically arrange World Title & South African Title fights at Carnival City Casino & Entertainment World. All their tournaments are televised on MNet Supersport.

The company was founded by Johannesburg businessman Rodney Berman in 1977. Since its einception the company has produced more than 40 world champion boxers, many of them sporting legends (Thulani "Sugar Boy" Malinga, Jacob "Baby Jake" Matlala, Jan Bergman, Harold Volbrecht and Brian Mitchell)
