Gold Fools is an episode of the animated television series The Emperor's New School.

Kuzco attempts to do chores for money to get a cart-cycle. After he fails at it, he decides to look for shuakas (pronounced "shukuka" by Kuzco) with the help of Kronk. Malina forces them to let her help by using her tecnique called "The Stare" which frightens Kuzco and Kronk. They also find a shuaka and when they do, Kuzco and Kronk try to capture him head on. The shuaka is also named Geezo who tells them to fetch the water of purity. Now Geezo tells them to build a Gazebo of purity. The final test is to haul the sacks of purity to the heap of purity. Afterwards, the ancient spirit appears who is revealed to be Geezo in disguise. It then turned out that Geezo tricked them into doing chores just to teach them a lesson (mostly Kuzco).

  • Kuzco is once again reminded that he is temporarily cut off from royal funds just like almost every episode.
  • Geezo could possibly be the remaining shuaka left.
  • Yzma makes no appearance.
  • Bucky: eats all of the deserts of the traps set by Kuzco and Kronk.
  • Kronk states that he "knows a guy, who knows a guy, who worked with a guy, who was neighbors with a guy, who heard about this guy, who saw a Shuaka, in Guyana, at night."
  • Kuzco states that he has 20/20 vision.
