Golan Yosef is a Dutch actor and dancer from the city of Gouda in the Netherlands. He is notable for playing Joaquín in The Cheetah Girls 2. He has only been in one film so far because he is a dancer. He was on the Cheetah Girls 2 on the Disney Channel.

He plays as Joaqiun, a count who is also a dancer. He invites Dorinda to dance with him wherein their fondness of each other starts. As the movie goes on, they learn to love each other and they share a kiss before the final scene of the movie.
