Thank you for uploading those screenshots for the various Zoids articles. Much appreciated. -- saberwyn 13:52, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Zoids Images

Lets see if I'm answering the right question. For the infobox, I'd use a nice clear photo of the model, or if that isn't possible, an anime screenshot of a standard-configuration example. In the article, a couple of assorted screenshots of major variant Zoids would be useful as well (ie Irvine's Command Wolf or Schubaltz' Iron Kong - both of which we already have). See User:Saberwyn/ZoidsPhoto for a quasi-outdated list of what needs images in general.

Also, when you're inserting into the Zoid infobox template, insert only the bolded section of the example: Image:CWolf AC and Irvine.JPG. The image prefix, size, and layout are already factored into the template.

Can't wait to see what you come up with. -- saberwyn 09:10, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Damn you... :P

There is a Madthunder in my room, received only a few days ago and still in its box. I was so hoping to get mine on! :P

Now, the next question is what Zoids do you have models for, but we don't have articles for? Buster Eagle is one. -- saberwyn 11:54, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

  • List what you've got, so we can start creating the articles. -- saberwyn 22:55, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
    • Wow... that's a lot of Zoids -- saberwyn 00:58, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
      • What are you apologising for? You're the poor bastard who's going to have to take photos of all of these, upload them, and insert them into articles! -- saberwyn 03:25, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
      • evil grin -- saberwyn 00:52, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
  • Start the articles as you need them. As long as Category:Zoids is added to the bottom of each one, I'll soon come across them and play with them as necessary. -- saberwyn 08:51, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Images

I don't know anymore. I prefer models. User:K00bine prefers anime screenshots. Until an uninvolved third party comes along and says "Hey, you will use this" I'm not sure what to tell you. Sorry. -- saberwyn 04:00, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Need an opinion

I am contemplating the deletion of Zoids Restoration, a recently created article. I believe that the article is not of an encyclopedic nature, as it is a "how-to" manual, and the information is original information not published in reliable, third party sources. I want a second opinion... is this an appropriate Zoids article for an encyclopedia? -- saberwyn 22:20, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

  • As I understand Wikisource, its for historical documents and the like... ie primary sources. I'm nto sure this would be appropriate. -- saberwyn 01:51, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
