Gob can mean several things:
- Gob is a type of dessert food, composed of two flapjack-shaped cakes, generally butterscotch- or chocolate-flavored, and a layer of marzipan or icing between them, forming a sandwich.
- Gob is a Canadian Vancouver punk rock band founded in 1994.
- GOB is the nickname (pronounced like the old Testament "Job") of a character on the television show Arrested Development. It is an acronym for George Oscar Bluth II, the character played by Will Arnett.
- In the Bible, Gob was the location of two battles between the Israelites and the Philistines, mentioned in 2 Samuel 21:18-19.
- Gob is the king of the gnomes, according to folklore.
- Gob is British English slang for mouth. Probably from Scottish or Irish Gaelic, mouth, beak, puckered mouth.
