Go, Bulldogs! is the sixth episode of the seventh season of the television series Gilmore Girls.
[edit] Plot summary
Christopher talks Lorelai into going to Parents Day at Yale with Rory even though Rory and Lorelai think that Parents Day is for kids who don't like their parents. Christopher makes up his own emblem from his name tag in the middle of his chest. Lorelai finds out Emily and Richard have been going to the Parents Day since Rory was a Freshman. Lorelai is hurt because they take her to a nice fancy restaurant each time.
Trying to prove he is a cool Dad and he will always be there Christopher comes into the News Room with Lorelai to see Rory and invites Rory to lunch and ends up inviting everybody on the staff at the Yale Daily News to the fancy restaurant Richard and Emily always take Rory to. Although they have a great time a lot of them are drunk and a little tipsy when Rory gets a cell phone call about a new boycott outside of Yale and she whisks them off to cover the story.
Luke meets April's swim coach who says he should take the parents swim class and when April finds out she laughs and want to call he Mom when she finds out. Luke does not know that the Coach Bennet has a reputation of sleeping with the swim students parents. At the parents swim Coach Bennet asks Luke out and he accepts. When they go out on a date he notices the place they went to is all vegan and the food is disgusting. He now realizes that she sleeps around with the students parents/fathers.
Lane babysits April while Luke goes on a date but it ends up Lane falling asleep and them playing Monopoly. Lane really wants to play Boggle because of a big word she learned so they play it.
