GM Powertrain

GM Powertrain is a company created by General Motors to develop engines and transmission for the GM group.
It was known as Fiat-GM Powertrain until the termination of the GM and Fiat merger talks.
In South America, Fiat-GM Powertrain still lives but only until December 2007. The only product made by the company nowadays is the 1.8L Family I engine to be fitted in the Brazilian Chevrolet Corsa-C, Fiat Palio and Siena, Fiat Idea and Fiat Stilo.
