GLV

GLV is an acronym for Gained Life Value, a term originally composed by Abderisak Adam, a well known study coach and entrepreneur in the field of education. Your GLV shows how well you've optimized your time in regards to your life span, albeit the term is used in the field of time management and often with regards to ones sleeping behavior.

The following shows an example of how GLV could be used to determine “how to live more”, although you are not really expanding your life span but just optimizing it.
According to The World Factbook life expectancy in the USA is 77.85 years. It is a common trait for people to sleep for 8 hours and this value will therefore be used in our example.
8 = 24/3 which means you sleep approximately 33% of the day. This means that the average American who sleep 8h/day will be sleeping for 0.33 * 77.85 ≈ 26 years. The GLV if one sleeps 2 hours less will thus be: 0.25 * 77.85 ≈ 19.5 years thus “saving” (by optimization) 6.5 years of ones life.
