If someone who knows some things about formatting could make the pictures flow with the article better, that would be great. --UNHchabo 06:45, 15 January 2006 (UTC)

I tried, but the article is really too short right now for three tables/pictures. I shrunk the thumbnail size for now and maybe we can make it flow better later when there's more text. What else can be said about the GLOCK 18? -- nae'blis (talk) 03:54, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

I've noticed a little back-and-forth on the history page about Joanna Dark using a G18 in Perfect Dark Zero... I've never played the game myself, but looking at screenshots such as this one, it looks like she's using some type of Glock (and a 'C' model at that), even though they can't use the Glock trademark (kind of like in Counterstrike, where it's the "9x19 sidearm" or whatever). Here's another angle. Can anyone verify whether it's an 18, or another model? Is it full-auto? --UNHchabo 06:34, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

I asked one of my friends who owns a 360, and it is semi-auto, so the pistol in question is not a Glock 18.--UNHchabo 15:21, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

I think Lola in Transporter 2 uses two Glock 18 with extended magazines and silencers. If anyone could confirm this we can add it to the "Fiction" section.

It was the G18 that was used in Matrix: Reloaded and Enter the Matrix. The G26C having select-fire is a product of the imagination of airsoft manufacturers. --UNHchabo 19:27, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

The G18 in The Specialists in full auto and semi, not 3-round burst as mentioned. (Mr. Jack/No Profile yet)

I've changed the line say it says that only the CS version is restricted to burst fire.--HashiriyaGDB 02:02, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] In Popular Culture

I have replaced this section with a link to a separate page (GLOCK 18 in popular culture) as per the informal standard for most firearms pages (see MP5, Dragunov Sniper Rifle etc.). Some would argue that these type of lists of trivial information does not belong in Wikipedia in the firsdt place, but for now let's just move it off to a separate page. Please see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not, specifically Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information for more information. Deon Steyn 07:05, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Magazine Capacity

Every other Wikipedia page which mentions the issue (most notably, the Glock main page) says the G18's high-capacity magazines hold 33 rounds, but the infobox on the article says 32. Which one is it? - KingRaptor 05:36, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Trivia/Popular Culture

It might be good to mention that this was the gun morpheus used in the second matrix in the highway scene. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Minirogue (talk • contribs) 11:16, 15 January 2007 (UTC).

[edit] GLOCK vs. Glock

Discussion on this topic here. As of late there isn't much in the way of variety where the discussion participants are concernd, so I'm posting this as an FYI to those who maybe aren't watching the Glock article. Thernlund (Talk | Contribs) 00:00, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
