Talk:Global Business Network

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is there really point in listing every (or what looks like every) member of whatever this is? - Lady Lysine Ikinsile 03:28, Jun 12, 2004 (UTC)

1st) Not every member. GBN is actually one of the most respected futurist organizations out there with background in Corporate, Academic and artistics/alternative communities.

2nd) However this article does not accurately talk about GBN and I don't think it's neccessary to list 'celebrity' members anyway - there's no mention of the founding members which are far more well known in business circles.

I think this article needs major rework - potentially a very interesting/relevant topic. (David, June 1, 2005

[edit] Propose to update and addition of information

I believe this article should include more information on the company's background and their accomplishments as an organization so there is a reference other than on the company's own site.

[edit] agree

I added a lengthy Wired article about the GBN for insight, but i agree this article needs a major re-work. I do think the members are notable, though, especially given that each of them are notable enough to have lengthy wikipedia pages already. I added four more notable members today not listed. Seems if there is gonna be a list of notable members, these four ought to be on it. I Wouldn't be opposed to the whole list going, though. Lizstless 23:19, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
