The Global Panel Foundation is a group of personalities from the areas of public policy, business and science, coming from a variety of countries. It is based in Berlin (Germany), Prague (Czech Republic), and Sydney (Australia), and as of 2007 is led by venture-capitalist Marc S. Ellenbogen.

The charity activities of the foundation include grants and financing for public-service projects and research, and individual scholarships, on a global scale.

Events hosted by the foundation include a North Korea Initiative shadowing the Six-Party Talks, advocating: direct negotiations with that country, a network of countries shadowing the Six-Party-Talks, and a 500 million Euro development fund for future use on the Korean Peninsula.
