Global Indian Film Awards (GIFA) is promoted by Jordy Patel and Sameer Khan. It is backed by Suniel Shetty, Chairman of Popcorn Entertainment. The jury members are: Jackie Shroff, Rati Agnihotri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sandeep Chowta, Shyam Benegal, and Smita Thackeray. [1]
