GlobalLogic (formerly Induslogic) is an information technology company based in Virginia, USA founded in 1998. It is a privately held company funded by NEA, Sequoia, and Draper Atlantic, the Mid-Atlantic affiliate of Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
It provides outsourcing services in Web 2.0, SaaS, Open Source, VoIP, security, mobile and finance. Some of its better known partners are AOL, IBM, Polaris, OpSource and Mantas.

GlobalLogic is an Offshore Product Development company headquartered in the United States while it has a captive development centre in India and Ukraine. Their offshore model is unique in that they have involved their partners in building a virtual offshore subisidiary where they can employ high skilled professionals on demand. It uses Agile software development for project implementation. Its operations are based primarily on technologies such as J2EE, Microsoft technologies (.NET), Smart cards and testing tools. It offers services in outsourced product development, custom application development, Quality Assurance and outsourced software testing.
It has recently partnered with OpSource to deliver SaaS solutions to ISV's which have adopted the SaaS delivery model[1]. The partnership between the two companies aims to provide software companies adopting the SaaS delivery model with a one-stop solution for application development, SaaS service delivery, enabling SaaS and support[2].
According its CEO Peter Harrison, GlobalLogic is targeting 10 percent share of the Indian Outsourcing product development market which NASSCOM estimates to be worth 10 billion dollars[3].
It recently acquired Lambent which develops and tests wireless gaming and location based services[4].
Today, GlobalLogic has active partnerships with more than 90 software product companies in a wide range of markets, including VoIP, wireless, security, payment, and finance. Its partners include industry leaders such as AOL, Autodesk, Avolent, Electronic Arts, IBM, iFlex, NexTone, Sony Digital and Trimble.
