Removed a paragraph on the "changing character" of the neighborhood. It consisted mostly of weasel words ("Many residents..., "It has been speculated by some residents...") and biased language ('Since then many "trendy" stores have moved in') without any substantiation. It would be better to list what new stores are in, what stores have left, and perhaps discuss changes in housing values/affordability/demographics (with references), letting the reader form their own opinions. -- Battlehamster 07:04, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
