Samuel Glenn "Tiny" Hartranft (3 December 1901–12 August 1970) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the shot put.
A graduate of Stanford University, he competed for the United States in the 1924 Summer Olympics held in Paris, France in the shot put where he won the silver medal.
Hartranft was head football coach at San Jose State University from 1942 to 1946.
