Giulia Sani-Casagli

Giulia Sani Casagli (September 15, 1893 - September 4, 2006) was Italy's oldest person from 28 December 2005 (death of Virginia Dighero-Zolezzi) until her passing at almost age 113. She lived in Florence. Giulia also ranked as 9th-oldest in the world at the time of her passing (which was not announced until 15 September 2006), when she would have turned 113, and is listed in the Guinness World Records 2007 edition as one of the top 15 oldest living people in the world.
