Girvan F.C.

Girvan Football Club is a Scottish football club, based in the town of Girvan, Carrick, South Ayrshire. Nicknamed the Amateurs, they were formed in 1947, and they play at Hamilton Park. Currently playing in the West Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they wear blue strips (uniforms) with a white trim.

They joined the "Junior" ranks in season 2004-05, having previously played in the South of Scotland Football League. Despite switching to the juniors they are still eligible to participate in the Scottish Cup, making them the only junior club allowed to do so.
